First road trip...

Last weekend (I know I am a little behind) we went on our first road trip to Houston. John was wonderful he slept the whole way there and most of the way home. It was awesome. It was the first time Jeff and I went somewhere and we didn't have any plans and did not have to do this or that or be back by a certain time... it was FANTASTIC! We just hung out and of course went to Ikea- twice! We stayed with the Moore's- Jeff's friends and had the best time ever we did not want to leave! Here is a few pics of the fantastic weekend!

Then on Saturday we meet up with Annie and went shopping at Ikea again... Annie talked me into buying way too much but I am glad she did b/c I love everything. Then we went to meet Mimi- her niece. She is so CUTE and tiny!

This is Rachel and baby... John loved going to sleep on her! This is Jeffrey's friend Trey Moore...


This is Cracker... is he not the cutest thing EVER he is a BEAST! you should see him dive (all 110 lbs) in the water after toys... he seriously should win most dramatic dog award! it is hysterical!

This is the game Marilyn named goggle throw wash... you toss you goggles in the bucket of dirty water to wash them... she was not supposed to be doing this.

Here is a video of him cooing away... this was the first day he started doing it ALL the time...I love the sound of him cooing I could listen to it all day long. Up until now it has been a little here and there but now he is doing it all the time!


This is on our way home and the perfect ending for a PERFECT vacay at the Moore's!
